Every project has one lead designer who stays on from brief to handover. The rest of the team is assembled around the brief, not the other way round.

Marcus runs the commercial briefs. Before joining the studio he spent six years at a practice in London delivering workplace fit-outs; he brings that rhythm to the way the studio runs its commercial projects.
Ines leads interior packages across both residential and commercial projects. She trained as a furniture maker before studying architecture, and details joinery the way a maker would.
Tomas runs the technical stage of most projects, coordinating engineers and subcontractors. He is the studio's specialist in cross-laminated timber construction.
Sara runs the model room. Physical models are the studio's primary design tool; Sara keeps the model archive current and builds the presentation models for client meetings.
David leads the planning and feasibility stage. He reads local policy the way other designers read contours, and is the reason the studio's planning approval rate sits where it does.
We keep a small team and hire rarely. When we do open a role, it appears here first. We do not accept speculative CVs.
